- Login to My eBay
- Go to the Sold items and find the order
- From the drop down menu select ‘ Cancel Order ‘
- You will be taken to a new page where you will need to select the reason (e.g customer changed mind or out of stock) and click ‘continue’
- This will then trigger a refund of the eBay final value fees. You can also do the same thing through the Resolution Centre under ‘Account’ in My eBay.
