Overview

Zero Stock Constraints can be useful if you would like to make items go into "out of Stock" even if they have inventory on your website.

If you would like to force some or all of your products to Zero Stock or release them from their Zero Stock Constraint this can be done in eBay Link/Omnivore from the Products Page.

Force products to Zero Stock Quantity

Within the App go to Products - On Marketplace Name Manage Listings (e.g. eBay Australia OR On Catch) and click on the All Products tab. From this tab you can search for specific products you would like to send to Zero quantity or select up to 50 products at a time if you would like to Zero All.

After selecting up to 50 products using the left hand tick-box click the dropdown menu Modify Selected Products and click Force all selected to zero stock quantity on Marketplace Name.

Our example has used Catch.

Once you have finished selecting and forcing the products to zero stock quantity please go to the App Main Dashboard page and hit "Upload to Marketplace" to upload these changes to the products on the Marketplace.

Release Products from Zero Stock Constraint

In Omnivore go to Products - On Marketplace Name Manage Listings (e.g. eBay Australia OR On Catch) and click on the All Products tab. From this tab you can search for specific products you would like to send to Release from Zero Stock Constraints or select up to 50 products at a time if you would like to release all products.

After selecting up to 50 products using the left hand tick-box click the dropdown menu Modify Selected Products and click Release all selected to zero stock quantity on the Marketplace Name.

Once you have finished selecting and forcing the products to zero stock quantity please go to the App Main Dashboard page and hit "Upload to the Marketplace" to upload these changes to the products in eBay.
