Overview

Zero Stock Constraints can be useful if you would like to make items go into "out of stock" even if they have inventory on your website.

If you would like to force some or all of your products to Zero Stock or release them from their Zero Stock Constraint, this can be done in eBay Link/Omnivore from the Products Page.

Force products to Zero Stock Quantity

Within the App, go to Products > Marketplace Name (e.g. eBay Australia) and click on the All Products tab.

From this tab, you can search for specific products you would like to set to zero quantity, or select up to 50 products at a time if you would like to Zero All.

After selecting up to 50 products, using the left-hand tick-box, click the dropdown menu Modify Selected Products and click Force all selected to zero stock quantity on Marketplace Name.

The example below uses eBay.

Once you have finished selecting and forcing the products to zero stock quantity, go to the main dashboard page and click "Upload to Marketplace" to upload these changes to the products on the marketplace.

Release Products from Zero Stock Constraint

After selecting up to 50 products, using the left-hand tick-box, click the dropdown menu Modify Selected Products and click Release all selected to zero stock quantity on the Marketplace Name.

Once you have finished selecting and forcing the products to zero stock quantity, go to the main dashboard page and click "Upload to the Marketplace" to upload the changes to the products on the marketplace.

Using the Bulk Zero Function

Navigate to Products - Bulk Zero option in the left-hand menu. This will open the Bulk Zero tool.

Follow the instructions on the page - either enter one SKU per line OR click Choose File to import a CSV.txt file with all of your SKUs.

Select which marketplace this applies to and select zero or unzero.

Click Apply and monitor the page.

If there is a problem with any of the settings or data, it will be presented on the screen.

If you like, you can spot check a few products to see if they have been zeroed out - see the section below for more info.
