The Dashboard has been set up to show you a summary of your products and orders.
- The products section shows you how many products eBay LINK has imported, which are listed on eBay and which products are not.
- For the products not listed, you can see why and what you need to do to get them onto eBay. For example, they may need mapping to eBay Categories, or you may have blocked them or when we have tried to list them, eBay has returned an error.
- The Orders section shows a summary of your orders and top sellers.
- If you have a problem with an order, it will be highlighted here so you can action it. For example in the screenshot below there are 21 orders that we have not been able to send to your ecommerce store.
