This FAQ demonstrates where to turn off email alerts from us for new orders and out of stock.
Types of Email Alerts
There are 2 email notifications that can be turned off.
- New order alert
- Out of stock alert
How to turn off email Alerts
To stop receiving either of these 2 email notifications log into our system and go to 'Settings' then 'Administration'.
Scroll down to the 'Email Alerts' section and move the switch from green to blue to switch the alerts off.
