We check eBay every 15 minutes to see if an order has been placed and released by eBay.
When an order is released by eBay, the order will be imported into our system and then sent through to your eCommerce store so that you can fulfil it.
We will then check your eCommerce store every 2 hours to see if the order has been updated (i.e shipped). When the order is marked as 'Shipped' we will send the tracking code back to eBay and update the order in eBay so that the customer is notified.
NOTE:
Orders can be delayed and not made available to us because eBay do complete checks for fraud and other such checks to do with payment and security.
