This FAQ gives you the steps to edit an active promotion.


Steps to Edit an Active Promotion

  1. Go to Promotions > All Promotions from the left-hand menu.
  2. Locate the promotion you want to edit in the list.
  3. Click Edit in the far right-hand column.
  4. You can then change any aspect of the promotion as required. 
  5. Click the Update promotion button at the bottom of the page to save your changes. 
  6. If you wish to apply the changes immediately, click the Apply active promotions button. Alternatively, if you do not need to apply the changes immediately, they will be applied on the next scheduled upload to the marketplace. 


Best Practices

  • Use Specific Product Groups: When creating or editing promotions, apply them to specific product groups to ensure targeted pricing adjustments.

  • Avoid Overlapping Promotions: Ensure that multiple promotions are not applied to the same product simultaneously, as this can lead to conflicts.

  • Regularly Review Active Promotions: Periodically check your active promotions to ensure they align with your current marketing strategies and pricing.
