This error can sometimes occur when a buyer has entered an invalid email address for their marketplace order.


Some marketplaces do not have email address validation at the checkout, which is often the cause of the issue.


The easiest way to resolve the error (so that it can flow through to your eCommerce store)  is to correct the email address in our system.


To correct the email address:


  1. Locate the order by selecting "Orders --> All Orders" from the left hand menu.


  2. Click into the order, scroll down to the "Customer Details" section and click the "edit" button.

  3. Corrected the email address, then click the "Update" button.


Once corrected, the order should now flow through to your eCommerce store.
