eBay LINK sends orders from eBay to your Shopify/BigCommerce store so continue processing/fulfilling orders as you would for an order on your own website.
Make sure you add the carrier and tracking ID when you mark it as shipped/fulfilled as eBay LINK will automatically update eBay with this information.
