To Install or Reinstall

  1. Login to your Shopify store admin account. Make sure you're logged in as the "Account Owner". You can check this in Settings -> Account, in the Staff members section the column Admin Access should show Account Owner for the logged in user.

  2. Navigate to this url: https://apps.shopify.com/ebay-link-1
    You will see the Install button.

  3. Click Install and Approve then proceed to the Lets get selling screen.
  4. Complete the Store, Contact and Billing screens and click Next until you see the Register button.

  5. After you click register you will be sent an email confirmation message to the email address you put in the contact field.  Check your email and click the confirm link in that email to continue to the next step.

  7. Next you will be asked which scenario suites your setup while we add the eBay Australia Marketplace.
  8. Click Continue as per above and you will directed to the Setup Dashboard.
  9. The first thing you will be asked to do is Connect eBay LINK to your eBay Store.
  10. Follow the setup flow in the app and use this FAQ as a guide if required.

This can mean the following:

  • You already  have eBay LINK Installed and we have detected an existing account using your store name or email address.
  • If the case it may be a Shopify install or another eCommerce Platform.
  • If you do see this error please reach out to our Support Team so we can check for you.
