This FAQ gives you the steps to change an active promotion.

Steps to change an active promotion

  1. Go to active promotions page and click ‘edit’ on the promotion you want to change. You can then change any aspect of the promotion.
  2. Click ‘update promotion’.
  3. Then click the ‘Apply active promotions’ button to make the changes happen immediately.
