eBay Feedback For Existing Sellers

Manage reputation after existing eBay sales

When you start using Omnivore to list products on eBay, it may affect how feedback appears on your listings.

This article explains how your individual listing feedback and your overall account feedback are impacted.

How Feedback Works

Your overall eBay account feedback is not affected when you begin listing through Omnivore — it remains the same, as it’s tied to your eBay account rather than to individual listings.

However, if you end an existing listing and create a new one, the feedback link that appears on that specific listing will be lost. This means buyers will no longer see the historical feedback displayed directly on that listing page ( see image below)

The good news is that the feedback itself is not lost — it still appears in your overall account feedback summary on eBay.

In short:

  • Ending a listing removes the feedback link from that listing page.

  • Your overall seller feedback remains unchanged and continues to display on your eBay profile.
