The connection to your Shopify store comes from the app being installed. If you uninstall the app, we cannot connect to your store:

If you try to connect to a store that has uninstalled the app you will get a message similar to this:

Error: com.machinehelix.omnivore.net.RemoteException: 

statusCode = 401, 

statusLine = null, message = {"errors":"[API] Invalid API key or access token (unrecognized login or wrong password)"}

To resolve, re-install the App.
