Zero Stock Constraints can be useful if you would like to make items go into "out of Stock" even if they have inventory on your website.

If you would like to force some or all of your products to Zero Stock or release them from their Zero Stock Constraint this can be done in eBay Link/Omnivore from the Products Page.

How to force products to Zero Stock Quantity

In eBay Link / Omnivore go to Products -> On eBay Australia and click on the "All Products" tab. From this tab you can search for specific products you would like to send to Zero quantity or select up to 50 products at a time if you would like to Zero All.

After selecting up to 50 products using the checkbox click the dropdown next to the Actions button and click Force all selected to zero stock quantity on eBay Australia

Once you have finished selecting and forcing the products to zero stock quantity please go to your eBay Link/Omnivore Dashboard page and hit "Upload to eBay Australia" to upload these changes to the products in eBay.
