Here are some tips and suggestions.
1. Look at your products in their categories and if ALL products from that category can be listed in one category on eBay, then you can map them all from the 'Category Mapping' page. From the dashboard, click 'Map Now' then toggle to the Category page by clicking 'Categories' from the top right. See FAQ on how to map by category.
2. If your products are not in categories similar to eBay, then you will need to map products individually from the Product Mapping page. From the dashboard, click 'Map Now'. This page has all of your products that need mapping. You can search and filter your products to make it easier to map multiple products at once.
3. If the suggested categories are not appropriate for your products then you can choose categories. We have made it easier to choose categories by providing you with the most recent categories you have mapped to.
Relevant points to note:
Any newly imported products in eBayLINK that are part of a Category to Category or Product to Product mapping rule will continue map to that eBay Category by default. If you do not want new products to fall into your existing mapping rules then you can delete the mapping rule from both the Product and Categories page.
This applies when doing Product Mapping and Category Mapping. If you select one of the eBayLINK suggested Categories this will 'Create a mapping rule' which eBayLINK will continue to use when uploading products to eBay.
