First of all, go to the products mapping page and click 'Categories' from the top right corner to view products that need mapping by your categories from your ecommerce store. This is called the 'Category Mapping' page.

To map all products within one of your categories to a category on eBay, simply select the suggested category and click 'Save Mappings'.

NOTE:

  • ALL products in the category will be mapped to the eBay category.
  • If the products in the category don't all match to one eBay category you can map the products individually in the 'Products' view OR map all products in your retailer category to an eBay category then add additional mappings on the 'Product Mapping' page
  • For example, lets say you have a category with 60 products and 57 of those products suite one category on eBay but the 3 others don't, map all products to the relevant category on eBay using the Category Mapping page (see screenshot below) then map the 3 products separately in the 'Products Mapping' page. Search for the 3 products and just add another mapping, this mapping will override the Category Mapping rule.
